This gold plated end table is crafted from an old scrying glass. Used in divination, a scrying glass can potentially give messages and visions from the beyond… if the seeker knows how to look. This particular glass obviously never yielded anything significant, otherwise, it wouldn’t be repurposed into furniture. Or perhaps, it delivered a portent so terrifying that the previous owner had to hide it in plain sight. Either way, now it’s a suitable surface that’s been fancied up and ready for whatever you choose to plop on top of it. Here’s to upcycling!
